In Guelph: GMVA, 4-700 Paisley Rd., Guelph, ON N1K 1A3.
LEAGUE PLAY/MINI-VOLLEYBALL:
The only valid reasons for withdrawing from our Sunday league or our mini-volleyball are:
- There is no team.
- The athlete was transfered out of the area and he/she does not want to travel.
- The athlete has a conflict with the practice night and cannot therefore train with the team.
If you make a request for a refund based on the above listed items a CREDIT will be issued for use at any future WMVA camp or league program.
Remember: All requests for refunds must therefore be made BEFORE the start of scheduled league games. Once scheduled matches have begun none of the reasons listed above would apply. We do not issue refunds for athletes that do not like their coach or otherwise do not like their team. Requests must be made in writing by e-mailing us at: info@minorvolleyball.com . Refund requests must include the following information: Name of the athlete; Age class; and Region registered in.
CLUB VOLLEYBALL:
WMVA does not offer any refunds for club volleyball athletes since the loss of an athlete cannot be replaced once all club athletes have committed to their teams. Therefore, WMVA defines the start of the season as the team's first practice (which occurs in December) and not the team's first tournament (which generally starts in March).
However, should an athlete become injured and not be available to continue her season, WMVA will not pursue the remainder of any amounts due and will return post-dated cheques. The athlete is still responsible for her merchandise fees. Any request to have post-dated cheques returned due to injury should be made in writing by contacting us at info@minorvolleyball.com .
All NMVA members reserve the right to cancel any camp, club team, or age class event due to a lack of enrollment. A full refund will be provided. Other refunds will be provided as per our Refund Policy:
