I have tried registering on-line and the site is not available? The registration page is on a "secure network page". These are reserved for internet transactions. If you are attempting to access this page from your work station your employer may have blocked access to these sites. This is quite common. Please try again from your home computer. If that doesn't work please contact us at info@minorvolleyball.com and we will e-mail you a form that you can complete and mail in with a cheque.
The payment site does not work? Please note that you must click on the arrow above the Visa logo to go to the next page.
Can I pay by cheque? Yes. Simply go to the on-line registration page and complete the registration form. Once completed simply print it up and mail it in to the address listed on the bottom of the page along with your cheque.
I have no access to the internet. How can I register and pay by cheque? Simply call us at 204-269-7777 and leave us your name and mailing address. We would be happy to mail you a registration form.
If practices in our area do not work out for our child, do we get a full refund? Yes. If the final practice schedule does not work out (practices are on a night your child is not available or practices are too far) you will receive a full refund.
There is a conflict and I need to ask for a refund. What do I do? Refunds must be requested in writing. However, this can be done by e-mailing us at info@minorvolleyball.com Be sure to include the name of the athlete, the age class, the area you registered in and the date you registered. If you mailed in the form you would need to state that as a cheque will need to be mailed back to you. |
