Practice schedules listed below are from last year's 2009-2010 season. Please note that we cannot confirm practices until they are provided by a coach. Therefore, these practice venues will be updated for the upcoming season as they come in.

The following is a listing of the practice schedules for the 2009/2010 Season. Once practice times/locations are confirmed for the upcoming 2009/2010 Fall/Winter Season it will be listed as "confirmed". Furthermore, a list of coaches can be found at the following page: "Contact List" . 

Practice times will be updated in the coming weeks as teams are formed and coaches are announced, please check back regularily.
 
Region One - St. James, Charleswood & River Heights:
Tuesdays at Heritage School, 47 Heritage: 6-8pm.
 
Region Two - Lindenwoods, Fort Garry & Fort Richmond:
Thursdays at Oakenwald School, 666 Oakenwald: 6-7-30pm.

Region Three - St. Vital, St. Norbert & Island Lakes:
Fridays from October 9 - December 4 at Glenwood School, 51 Blenheim: 6-8pm.
Fridays from December 11 - March 5 at Shamrock School, 831 Beaverhill: 6-8pm.  
 
Area 4 & 5: River East, Transcona, Winnipeg North and West Kildonan:
Tuesdays at Margaret Underhill School, 25 Regina Pl., 6-8pm.
