History & more:

First started by the Winnipeg Minor Volleyball Association (WMVA) in 2003, more than 1,600 campers have now participated in our summer camps. In 2012 the program was officially re-named “Vision Summer Camps” to reflect how coaches from many different programs now participate as instructors in the camps.

Many athletes at university programs across North America can trace their volleyball roots to a WMVA Club program and the training provided by the WMVA Head Coach, Luc Tremblay.

Simply stated, no other club program in Winnipeg has produced as many university bound athletes as the WMVA.

The objective of the camp is to introduce young athletes to the training techniques that will allow them to reach the next level while introducing them to the fitness expectation of university coaches.
